Montana Downtown Conference Early Bird Extended

Greetings,

The Montana Main Street Program and the Community Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) are happy to pass along information about the upcoming 8th Annual Montana Downtown Conference, hosted this year by the Kalispell Business Improvement District, Kalispell Downtown Association, and the City of Kalispell. Early bird registration for the Montana Downtown Conference has been extended to Monday, September 14th.

The theme for the 2015 conference is "It’s All About Partnerships" with sessions on downtown planning, historic preservation, façade improvements and building design, alternative parks, agritourism, developing partnerships, and the utilization of downtown building second floors. The opening address by Diane Smith, author of The New Rural.com, will share her observations of how those of us who live in off-the-beaten path communities are creating strong futures with robust economic and growth opportunities. Keynote speaker Barbara Wold, author, dynamic speaker, and international business strategist, will share her ideas on developing business partnerships and downtown customer loyalty in "The Power of Partnerships: Using Neighbors to Grow a Business" and "Getting Your Community to Shop Local."

For more information about registration, speakers, hotel accommodations, and sponsorship opportunities, please visit the conference website: http://www.downtownkalispell.com/8th-annual-montana-downtown-coalition-meeting
