Billings economy ranked in top 25 among nation’s small cities

Billings http://ci.billings.mt.us/ is one of the nation’s top 25 small cities for sustainable economic development and recession busting, according Area Development, a magazine specializing in corporate site selection.

The magazine surveyed 373 U.S. cities and ranked them using 21 economic indicators like workforce preparation, sustained growth and the ability to withstand a tough, national economy.
