A new direction for fisheries: Proposed changes pose philosophical questions about angling in Montana

The Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife & Parks updates the state’s fishing regulations every four years. FWP has released proposed changes for the 2016-19 cycle. The changes have some anglers concerned and pose philosophical questions about the future of trout fishing in Montana.
