MSU’s Montana Manufacturing Extension Center (MMEC) opens office in Billings to serve eastern Montana

Montana State University’s Montana Manufacturing Extension Center http://www.mtmanufacturingcenter.com/ has hired a new outreach professional and opened a new office to serve Billings and eastern Montana.

Alistair Stewart has been hired to staff the new MMEC office at MSU Billings’ City College campus, where he will collaborate with City College on Montana’s RevUP workforce development grant.

Stewart can be reached at (406) 606-0050. He will start Sept. 14. His office will be in the Technology Building at City College, 3803 Central Avenue, Billings. Stewart will be assisted part-time in his efforts by Dale Detrick, who held the position for 10 years until he retired in 2012. Detrick can be reached at (406) 581-8063.
