Intel will pay double bonus to employees who refer women, minorities and veterans

Intel, accelerating an effort to diversify its workforce, says it will double its regular referral bonus to employees who suggest job candidates that help it meet that goal.

Employees can earn a bonus of up to $4,000 if they refer a woman, underrepresented minority or veteran who is ultimately hired. That’s twice the standard bonus.
