Kalispell Chamber Manufacturing Day Planning Kicks Off July 30, Kalispell, Montana

Kalispell Chamber to host meeting for sponsors, tour hosts, and those interested in participation

Momentum for the 2015 Manufacturing Day is building as participants, ranging from breweries to electronics manufacturers, join the event line up. The Kalispell Chamber invites all organization interested in participating to attend the first official planning meeting for Manufacturing Day, set for Thursday, July 30 starting at 8:30AM.

Manufacturers of all types, from Food & Beverage to Machining, who may be interested in hosting a tour or forum in this year’s Manufacturing Day, set for October 2, are encouraged to attend the planning meeting. Last year, 320 members of the public attended nine facility tours and roundtable discussions. The steadily growing list of 2015 tour participants includes:

* Ceres Bakery

* Glacier Sun Winery

* Flathead Valley Community College

* Kalispell Brewing Company

* Kalispell Kreamery

* Nomad GCS

* Proof Research

* SmartLam

* ViZn Energy

The 2015 Manufacturing Day is also gaining backing from a number of leading manufacturing organizations. Currently, gold sponsors include Applied Materials and Proof Research and silver sponsors are Plum Creek and ViZn Energy. FH Stoltze Land and Lumber Company and Kalispell Kreamery are also showing support as bronze event sponsors. The July 30 meeting will be held in the Kalispell Chamber’s boardroom located at 15 Depot Park in Kalispell and the meeting is open to the public.
