Restaurant venture diversifies entrepreneur’s portfolio

When Monica Schmook opened zpizza in November at 901 10th Ave. South, she already had 14 years of experience in running a business. Schmook has owned CPAP Solutions since 2001 and zpizza is an addition to her busy days. Opening a restaurant, however, proved to be quite a bit different than opening her home respiratory care company.
