Startup says 32-hour-work week encourages ‘epiphany moment’

A Portland, Ore. tech company that’s instituted a 32-hour work week says the policy encourages employees to have that valuable ‘epiphany moment.’
Treehouse put an end to the traditional 40-hour (or more) workweek and switched all the employees to 32-hour schedules instead. Even though their hours were cut, their pay and benefits stayed the same.
