Senator Tester announces Business Advancement Panel for 15th Small Business Opportunity Workshop July 17 in Missoula

Montana small business owners will have exclusive access to top economic development leaders

Senator Jon Tester today announced he is bringing a group of top business development leaders together at his 15th Small Business Opportunity Workshop in order to help small business owners hit their stride and turn their Montana business into a Montana success.

"I’m pleased to announce Montana businesses will have exclusive access to top business development leaders who will help entrepreneurs hit their stride," Tester said. "The Business Advancement Panel will bring decades of business development experience to my Small Business Opportunity Workshop, help business owners navigate through state and federal bureaucracy, and connect folks with additional resources to help them become a Montana success."

Tester’s Business Advancement Panel will include:

* Paddy Fleming, Montana Manufacturing Extension Center Director

* Carey Hester, Montana U.S. Export Assistance Center International Trade Specialist

* Roger Hopkins, Small Business Administration Deputy District Director

* Kirk Keysor, Economic Development Administration Economic Development Representative

* Brigitta Miranda-Freer, Montana World Trade Center Executive Director

* Meg O’Leary, Montana Department of Commerce Director

Later this week Tester will announce a special guest and renowned Montana entrepreneur who will keynote his Small Business Opportunity Workshop.
