Governor Otter stresses continued effort to strengthen Idaho schools, state economy in speech to business group

"Our continued focus has to got to be on education," the governor said. "Why? Because that’s our future. Why? Because that’s our economy."

Gov. Butch Otter gave a "midyear state of the state" of sorts Tuesday, stressing familiar themes of expanded state schools funding, an improving business climate and rebounding state economy.
