New investment fund Next Frontier Capital aims at growing Montana tech businesses

A Bozeman-based venture capital firm announced last week the closing of its first $20 million fund, aimed at backing technology entrepreneurs.

Next Frontier Capital http://www.nextfrontiercapital.com/ , founded and managed by Will Price, established the fund with backing from investors in "top technology, investment and venture capital firms," according to a news release.

The goal of the firm is to help grow new companies in high-tech industries, particularly in software, health care, photonics and optics.
