Helena school district facility guidelines are published online, superintendent says

While some people have raised concerns that the ballot language for an upcoming Helena Public Schools bond election refers to educational facility guidelines that are not grounded by a specific document, the school district’s Superintendent Kent Kultgen said the wording refers to a series of papers published online.

The school district’s hired bond counsel with Dorsey Whitney added the ballot language about the facility guidelines, he said.
