The Old Sawmill District is nothing short of a rebirth for 46 acres along the Clark Fork River, in the heart of Missoula, Montana. Once a booming sawmill complex, this property long known as the "mill site" has sat vacant since the early 1990s--unused and unsightly, but rich with history and potential.

It's time to realize that potential. As The Old Sawmill District, the area will be a lively urban neighborhood where people live, work, shop and play. Plans call for a dynamic combination of single- and multi-family residences and mixed-use commercial office space. Along the river, Missoula will gain a 14-acre city park that extends the beautiful Clark Fork trail system.

Thanks to a remarkable collaborative effort by the city, surrounding neighborhoods and our development team, the mill site is about to become a vibrant part of Missoula life once again.
