NEW NEIGHBORHOOD. HISTORIC HEART.

The Old Sawmill District is nothing short of a rebirth for 46 acres along the Clark Fork River, in the heart of Missoula, Montana. Once a booming sawmill complex, this property long known as the "mill site" has sat vacant since the early 1990s–unused and unsightly, but rich with history and potential.

It’s time to realize that potential. As The Old Sawmill District, the area will be a lively urban neighborhood where people live, work, shop and play. Plans call for a dynamic combination of single- and multi-family residences and mixed-use commercial office space. Along the river, Missoula will gain a 14-acre city park that extends the beautiful Clark Fork trail system.

Thanks to a remarkable collaborative effort by the city, surrounding neighborhoods and our development team, the mill site is about to become a vibrant part of Missoula life once again.
