$6.7 million AgriTech Park agreement moving forward in Great Falls, Montana

The City Commission directed staff Thursday to move forward with the development agreement for the East Industrial Tax Increment Financing district.

The district includes the AgriTech Park — Pacific Steel and Recycling bought the first lot and Montana Specialty Mills bought the second lot, where it will relocate its equipment from 3rd Street Northwest this summer.

City staff have been negotiating with the Great Falls Development Authority http://www.gfdevelopment.org/ and the AgriTech Owners Association for an estimated $6.7 million worth of public infrastructure in the park, which is located along River Drive, near Malmstrom Air Force Base.
