Asurion will close downtown Great Falls call center in August
Important News About Asurion in Great Falls, Montana
Our Forward Great Falls momentum is hitting a bump in the road today. After 19 years of operating in downtown Great Falls, Asurion https://www.asurion.com/ has notified us that it will be closing its center here in December. The good news is that the company will be offering home employment to a number of the 348 employees it currently has in Great Falls. The company is moving to a home-based employment model and already has 2,500 employees working from home across the country.
Our first concern, of course, is to do everything possible to help the employees who will not be staying with the company. We’ll work with the Great Falls Job Service, Great Falls College MSU, Great Falls Public Schools and others to offer assistance.
We’ll work with the building owners to recover our loan funds and market the attractive facility to new employers.
As we did when we lost the 564th Missile Squadron, Team Great Falls will rally together to work to turn this sad news into future opportunity.

Asurion will close downtown Great Falls call center in August
Great Falls’ fourth largest private employer, Asurion, will close in August. The call center has 348 employees.
The Nashville-based company made the announcement this morning.
The company will offer some employees the opportunity to work from home, said Brett Doney, president of the Great Falls Development Center.
"Our first concern is helping the employees who will be separating from the company," Doney said.
