Developers have several economic development tools in Great Falls, Montana
Bill Bronson, a city commissioner and attorney, said there are several programs offered by the city and other organizations that can help property owners redevelop buildings, both downtown and communitywide.
The Great Falls Development Authority’s http://www.gfdevelopment.org/ mission is to promote economic growth, diversification and high wage jobs within the Great Falls region, with its efforts focused on attracting business start-ups, expansions and attractions that lead to job creation and increased tax base, said Jeremiah Johnson, vice president for marketing.

Redevelopment projects boosting downtown Great Falls
Downtown Great Falls is starting to blossom, but it is nowhere near full bloom.
According to downtown advocates, the effort to revitalize downtown Great Falls for residential, commercial and professional use is making steady headway, but nowhere near done.
"It is going well, but there is still a ways to go," Great Falls Development Authority business strategist Lillian Sunwall said. "We need to celebrate our successes while sharing opportunities and tools to make other redevelopment projects happen."
