Job openings increasing in Ravalli County, Montana

While Ravalli County’s unemployment rate is higher than the state or national rates, the number of job openings is on the rise.

"Job orders are starting to fly in," said Bitterroot Job Service http://wsd.dli.mt.gov/local/hamilton/ interim manager Vickie Steele. "There are a lot of job opportunities out there. We are seeing some recovery in the job market."

Last week, the Job Service had 220 job openings on its books.
