Great Falls, Montana home to big companies for the great employees, the outdoors

The entrepreneurs who launched or expanded companies in Great Falls that now stretch across the region or country had vastly different reasons for starting their businesses here, but face some of the same challenges and advantages for keeping their headquarters in the Electric City.

While each sprung from humble beginnings dating back as long as the early 1900s, D.A. Davidson Companies, Pacific Steel & Recycling, Sletten Construction and Transystems now have thriving, multi-state enterprises. They provide 367 good-paying jobs in Montana and 3,720 around the country.
