Rocky Mountain College student entrepreneurs head to national competition

The MDT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program encourages and supports the participation of companies owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals in transportation contracts.

The good work of a team of Rocky Mountain College students has earned them a ticket to a national competition.

The nine members of Enactus https://www.facebook.com/rmcenactus will leave Saturday for St. Louis for the 2015 Enactus United States National Exposition. They will compete as finalists in two different categories for using their entrepreneurial know-how to empower others.

Enactus, an international organization, rewards college teams for enabling progress in their communities. Most members of Rocky’s team are business majors.
