Consultant sought to help prepare Helena downtown master plan

Helena’s Business Improvement District http://downtownhelena.com/about-us/bid/ is seeking a consultant to help create a master plan for the city’s downtown.

Tracy Reich, the Business Improvement District’s executive director, said on Tuesday that she hopes to have a consultant hired by the end of April. Proposals are due April 20.

"We really want to launch in May," she added.
