Gov. Matt Mead unveils plan to address homelessness in Wyoming

Gov. Matt Mead has unveiled a 10-year plan to address homelessness in Wyoming that says the first step is to raise public awareness that the problem exists in such a rural state.
The Wyoming Department of Family Services and the Wyoming Homeless Collaborative developed the plan, called "A Home for Everyone."
