How Does Your State Rank for Financial Data Transparency?

All 50 states were ranked http://www.masspirg.org/reports/map/following-money-2015-how-50-states-rate-providing-online-access-government-spending-data in an annual survey for financial transparency by consumer advocacy group U.S. PIRG, with surprises in both the winner and loser categories.
The report cited cost savings from increased efficiencies and reduced information requests as among the benefits of transparency portals, along with the qualitative benefit of providing the public with knowledge about how its government operates.
