Rally with Queen Elsa from the movie "Frozen" in Great Falls spotlights Bullock’s "Early Edge" pre-K program

Queen Elsa from the movie "Frozen" made an appearance Monday in Great Falls to bring attention to Governor Steve Bullock’s "Early Edge" pre-K proposal.

"Let Them Learn," a play on the film’s chart-topping song "Let It Go," was the name of the rally, which also featured guests Cascade County Sheriff Bob Edwards and Montana Lieutenant Governor Angela McLean.

McLean says they’re trying to get people energized at a time when the $37 million proposal is being debated in the state legislature.

Sheriff Edwards noted, "I see it personally. I have folks that are in my jail that cannot read, they cannot write, and I truly believe that if they had been given that opportunity as a child, between zero and four-years-old, to develop and get on a right path, I don’t think they’d be in my jail."
