Billings middle school student Joseph Little Eagle selected as Montana education ambassador

To be an outstanding student, doesn’t necessarily mean having perfect grades.

One Riverside student proved that on Thursday, accepting a national award from Montana Governor Steve Bullock.

Joseph Little Eagle, a Riverside Middle School 8th grader, was selected as the single Montana representative for the Jobs for America’s Graduates program.

"I congratulate Joseph for all that he has accomplished while overcoming obstacles in his way, and I look forward to seeing his success for years to come," the Governor said of Little Eagle.
