MSU students, profs frustrated by loss of class data by mid-semester Brightspace upgrade

Montana State University is still working to retrieve some data lost last week by students and professors using the D2L computer system that manages academic coursework.
Students and instructors may have lost some quizzes, grades or student papers, but no Social Security numbers or credit card numbers were involved, said Tracy Ellig, MSU spokesman.
