CIOs Face the ‘Age of the Customer’

We’re in what we call "the Age of the Customer," where the customer is now using technology to price precisely, to be able to critique your products precisely and publicly. And, to be able to buy anywhere. This is kind of an amazing statistic, but according to our data, 18% of U.S. consumers now buy outside of the U.S. once every three months. The power is shifting away from institutions, toward the customers.
