Builders go big with tiny house construction business

Tiny houses are becoming a popular commodity across the country, and one Texas company is getting a good chunk of the business by building those homes.

Brad Kittel founded Tiny Texas Houses in 2006 and started constructing these pint-sized dwellings in the small city of Luling, roughly 60 miles away from San Antonio.

The company’s chief operating officer Michelle Ashley said TTH has created more than 80 tiny homes since its creation.
