Montana Career Opportunities – Quality Assurance (QA) Team Members – Education Logistics, Inc.

Education Logistics, Inc. (EDULOG) is interviewing for several positions on our Quality Assurance (QA) Team, which oversees the quality control of products and processes in both client-facing and internal division-facing directions. We are in an exciting time of growth and potential for our QA team, and are looking for enthusiastic, hungry-to-learn persistent colleagues who thrive on a fast-paced environment.

As a QA rep, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with current clients to ensure retention year over year. The individual will also be required to provide excellent customer service to current clients via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face visits. We are looking for teammates who are capable of executing strategies for client retention and comfortable dealing with client care. Excellent phone, data entry, customer service and problem solving skills are critical for this position.

This 40-hour/week minimum position is benefitted (competitive compensation, health insurance, personal time, holidays, and retirement benefits). POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

– Experience in a professional office setting

– Sales or customer service experience via email, in person and over the phone

– A team player, not just with our own immediate teammates, but interdepartmentally

– Comfortable with basic PC computing skills

– Top-notch organizational, writing, documentation and communication skills

– Patient, tenacious and diligent about doing research to get the crux of customer issues

– Eager to learn and seeks to continuously improve their customer service and technical skills to support our clients

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

– Bachelor’s Degree

– Software account management/client care or sales experience

– Exposure to basic technical project management process
CRM experience
