Economist recognizes Great Falls progress

The growth in manufacturing that Great Falls supporters have predicted for a few years finally showed up in economic data that can lag a bit, Montana Bureau of Business and Economic Research economist Paul Polzin said Friday.

"I applaud the hard work and recruiting efforts by Great Falls folks," he added later.

Great Falls Development Authority http://www.gfdevelopment.org/ President Brett Doney accepted Polzin’s praise for the city’s growth efforts, but said more needs to be done.
