NorthWestern Energy celebrates new Missoula center

Some changes are coming for NorthWestern Energy customers, and the utility is taking customer service back to the old school days.

Energy company executives and staff opened their new walk-in office on Russell Street at a special ribbon cutting event on Friday.

The hope is that NorthWestern Energy customers can get a more personal service experience if they’re able to come in and have some one-on-one time.
