Wevorce aims to bring civility to divorce
Michelle Crosby thinks she can fix divorce — not by mending marriages but by ending adversity as those marriages go awry.
Her start-up Wevorce http://www.wevorce.com/ already takes credit for keeping 299 divorcing couples in California and Utah out of court in 2013 and 2014. Plans for 2015 include expanding the venture-backed company’s mix of technology and divorce support services to all 50 states.
The key to Crosby’s early success isn’t the Wevorce platform, it’s the way she’s working within her industry to fix what’s broken.
