Net Neutrality: 6 reasons why economic developers should care

The raging debate over giving the FCC the regulatory authority to preserve "net neutrality" has taken over much of the airways and the online community. At the same time, I’ve been working with a number of communities to improve their economic development programs and realized that anyone who cares about improving their community should pay close attention to the net neutrality debate.
