Cats and Griz, bitter football rivals, work together more than ever off the field

Despite Cat-Griz football rivalries, the Montana Board of Regents found lots of common ground to celebrate Thursday, starting with the governor’s budget.

Higher education leaders, meeting in Missoula for two days, stood together to applaud Gov. Steve Bullock for his proposed budget that would give the Montana University System nearly all the big things on their wish list.
