Cooksimple – After an RV tour of 32 states, Red Lodge entrepreneur Keith Lauver returns to offer his thanks

This year Lauver expects to sell about $1.6 million worth of meals-in-a-box, and next year the company plans to reach the $3 million sales figure.

Keith Lauver’s Cooksimple http://cooksimplemeals.com/ all-natural mixes are on sale, at $4.99 per box, in about 5,700 stores in all 50 states as well as Australia and Canada. On Tuesday, Lauver said thank you to the store that gave him his start — Good Earth Market Co-Op in Billings.

Lauver, CEO of the Red Lodge-based healthy-food company, celebrated the completion of his family’s nine-week, 32-state tour promoting 10 flavors of what’s branded as healthy cooking made easy by giving away up to 1,000 boxes of Cranberry Wild Rice at the downtown Billings store.
