Montana Career Opportunity – Chief Financial Officer – Human Resource Council District XII
Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the organization, The Human Resources Council http://www.hrc12.org/ Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays an integral, supportive role in the administration of Community Action programs.
He/she is responsible for maintaining accurate, timely and legally compliant financial records that enable the agency to continue its important work to alleviate poverty. He/she provides the Chief Executive Officer, Management Team and Program Managers with the technical information and analysis necessary to ensure sound planning and financially prudent decision making. The CFO is responsible for maintaining efficiency in all financial operations.
He/She provides the leadership and management necessary to ensure the company has and implements proper financial controls and procedures that support sound financial health. The position requires a mission-focused, strategic, and process-minded leader. The CFO must be a leader who is able to help others at Human Resources Council, District XII deliver measurable, cost-effective results that make the vision a reality. Importantly, the CFO will have the skills, sensitivity, and personal confidence to help lead Human Resources Council with financial efficiency. It is essential that the CFO bring about efficient and effective financial operation to of the organization.
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with an accounting emphasis and five years experience required.
