Missoula gets a perfect score in human rights study

The national Human Rights Campaign gave Missoula a perfect score of 100 points for inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in its municipal laws and policy.
The average score for the five Montana cities included in the study was 44 of 100 points.
Helena received a grade of 53, followed by Bozeman with 40, Billings 23 and Great Falls 2 in the Human Rights Campaign Municipal Equality Index assessing lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality in 353 cities across the country.
