Bullock promotes pre-K initiative as nonpartisan
Providing preschool for 4-year-olds shouldn’t be a partisan issue, Gov. Steve Bullock said Monday, speaking about his forthcoming $37 million early childhood education proposal.
At least it hasn’t been in many of the other 42 states that dedicate state dollars to pre-K, Bullock said.
"We know that we can do so much more for our children that will not only impact that child but will lead to a more productive community," Bullock said.
