Montana Career Opportunity – Human Resource Director – Pacific Steel and Recycling

This position provides overall direction for developing, planning, organizing, implementing, managing and directing human resource policies, programs, and practices corporate-wide.

This will include all salary, compensation, benefits, ESOP, 401K, training, and regulatory compliance. The director will provide interpretation, advice, and direction on Company policies, procedures, and government regulations, and provide information and research as needed, acting as a communication link between Corporate and branch locations. Director also supervises and provides leadership for the Human Resources/Payroll staff.
