National Geographic showcases "Where the Locals Go" in Montana
September 5, 2014/
"Where the Locals Go: Montana," an online hub at National Geographic magazine’s website http://travel.nationalgeographic.com/travel/local-montana/ , now features photos from a number of Montana attractions thanks to a partnership with National Geographic Travel.
"National Geographic found some of our best attractions to showcase," Alex Tyson, executive director of Visit Billings, said in a news release. "The Beartooth Highway and its incredible vistas on the way to Yellowstone; Pompeys Pillar National Monument with its history, flora and fauna; and Crow Fair with its authentic cultural immersion are all items that draw visitors from across the world to our region."
