Upcoming Labor Day weekend air show expected to boost Kalispell economy

The Mountain Madness Airshow http://montanaairshow.com/ is right around the corner, and while there are still tickets available, they appear to be going fast.

Summer is always the busiest season for the Flathead Valley, but the folks at the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce – and local business leaders – hope that the Labor Day weekend will be even busier when the planes come to town.

"Yeah we’re expecting a good crowd, ticket sales are doing really strong right now, picked up in the last couple of weeks and you know we’re hoping to meet our goal of around 30,000 people," said Chris Parson of the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce.
