Request from MT Nonprofit Association re: Government Contracting Complexity
Will you help us understand?
The recent Urban Institute report on Government Contracting http://www.urban.org/UploadedPDF/412949-National-Study-of-Nonprofit-Government-Contracts-and-Grants-2013.pdf ranked Montana 2nd worst in the nation for complexity of and/or time required for the contract and grant application process, and 8th worst for complexity of and/or time required for reporting. And yet in other areas we came out smelling like a rose!
We are asking "What Gives?"
