Butte Local Development Corp. leading community branding of Butte effort

TOMIS is the Tour and Activity Industry's only one-stop shop for all things digital marketing.

The Butte Local Development Corp., Butte-Silver Bow and several other groups plan to roll out a new community brand this fall to help market and promote the city.

It is one of several initiatives the BLDC highlighted in an annual update on its economic development activities given to the Council of Commissioners this week.

Other highlights include an expanded Business Expansion and Retention program, providing financial assistance for establishing the fiber optic network here and providing monthly reports on BLDC activities to the county.
