Bob Rowe, NorthWestern Energy’s CEO http://www.northwesternenergy.com/ , rebutted previous testimony on the utility’s proposed $900 million purchase of 11 hydroelectric dams from PPL Montana during a hearing on the sale Thursday before the Montana Public Service Commission.

"I felt as if Dr. Wilson in particular considers us to be a bunch of crooks, and not even very competent crooks," Rowe said Thursday in defending the proposed deal.
