Butte, Montana’s fiber optic line reels in first new business, Hoplite, to take advantage of new network

Hoplite industries http://www.hopliteindustries.com/ , a software cyber-security company, is opening in the Thornton Building, home to the brain center of Butte’s prized 28-mile fiber-optic loop.

The system was built not only to improve services for current business, but to attract new ones, said Butte-Silver Bow Chief Executive Matt Vincent.
