Perth, Australia, first city to join ESRI’s ‘Urban Observatory’ GIS network

The City of Perth, the capital of the State of Western Australia, has become the first Australian city to join the Urban Observatory network, a collection of interactive maps that allows users to compare data of over 30 cities around the world.
