Partners for Places Grants
This matching grant program from the Funders’ Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities creates opportunities for cities and counties to build partnerships between local government sustainability offices and place-based foundations. Grants are available for $25,000 to $75,000 for one-year projects, and $50,000 to $150,000 for two-year projects. Eight to 12 projects will be funded under this announcement.
