New owner to keep employees, expand Jim Palmer Trucking in Missoula, Montana

Missouri-based trucking company has purchased the assets of Jim Palmer Trucking http://www.jimpalmertrucking.com/index.htm , a Missoula-based national refrigerated trucking company that emerged from bankruptcy in 2009.

Wil-Trans, based in Stratford, Missouri, completed the purchase on March 31, according to CEO Darrel Wilson. He said that Jim Palmer Trucking’s nearly 300 employees will all keep their jobs, and he plans to expand the business.
