Places with outdoor assets need businesses — particularly tourism and outdoors-related — to collaborate in building upon and preserving those assets for the economic benefit of everyone. An example of this is happening in Bozeman, where mountaineer Conrad Anker is a lead organizer in the Bozeman ice tower project. But the project is far from done.
