Greenbacks for green thumbs: Billings has funds to help plant trees in boulevards

Fred Bicha is counting on the Johnny Appleseeds living in Billings to make this spring’s Boulevard Tree Cost Share Program a success.

And he’s got greenbacks to reward green thumbs — $6,000 of them.
