Maclay Ranch asking price adjusted to $17.5M, a $5M discount

Marketers have slashed the asking price for the historic Maclay family ranch http://hallhall.com/ranches-for-sale/properties/bitterroot-valley-ranch near Lolo by $5 million.

Missoula real estate agent Bill McDavid said Tuesday the adjustment from $22.5 million to $17.5 million on the Bitterroot Valley Ranch is an indication of a property that isn’t getting much movement.

That’s despite a bump in inquiries locally and from foreign countries generated by a write-up in the Wall State Journal in December.
